Scott Edward Allen, 57, of Louisville, KY, was called home by the Lord on Monday, January 4, 2021. Scott was someone who put family first, loved to laugh with the most contagious smile and had a heart of gold. He was a former employee of many years for Butler Flooring.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Barbara and Charles Allen; his beloved wife, Debbie Allen; sister, Sure Kruse and brother, Lary Hill.

Scott leaves to cherish his daughter, Mary-Elyn Allen Funk; son-in-law, Brad Funk; granddaughter, who was the light of his life, Chloey Lynn Allen Funk (Chlobug); brother, Mark Allen (Alisa); sister, Charlene Schabel (Ray), along with a number of nieces, nephews and dear friends including Tom Brown and Dave Sanders.

Scott will be very deeply missed, but has long awaited the day he would be reunited with his wife again.

There will be a private ceremony with cremation to follow.
